We wrote earlier on this blog about the most bizarre, most incompetent and least effective cabinet that this country has ever governed or better not governed, the Schoof cabinet. From the interpretation of the horoscope of this non-cabinet that I published on this blog last year, it was already clear that Schoof was going to break all political records of incompetence.
