Last week, Emmanuel Macron’s chart was analysed, things are not exactly going well for him and that was also clearly visible in the progressions. Of course, we can also interpret the chart of France to see what is going on there. After almost a decade of Macron, the country is in a miserable state, public finances are disastrous and it is politically divided between two strong extreme flanks on the left and right with a weak center. Because of this division, it is hardly governable anymore, but you see this in more countries in Europe.
French Revolution
There are several possibilities to make the chart of France, but a good possibility is the Great Conjunction (GC) of Saturn and Jupiter before the French Revolution. Aldebaran
What is striking in the progressions at this moment is that the MC runs over the royal Aldebaran, the intense lyred and martial Eye of the Bull. Aldebaran is a rather ferocious star as the Eye of the Bull but also the spring star, announcing a successful new beginning and that is desperately needed. That things are getting hot in these months can be seen from the Moon, which is now exactly in opposition to the progressive Mars of struggle and discord. Al Sarfah, the Manzil through which the Moon passes, also points to the fierce political struggle, Al Sarfah is the fourth Lunar Mansion of the Lion, the Tail, associated with conflict and loss of power.
Parts
The two parts that are important in the progressions, the Pars Fortunae and the Pars Solis, the parts of the Moon and of the Sun, also show a change. Both parst are changing sign and thus activate the rulers of those signs. These are Mercury, in the radix Lord 7 of opponents in the chaotic twelfth house and Jupiter/Lord 1 who is in conjunction with the limiting Saturn natallly. Both parts now also make an aspect to that progressive March! After the Moon’s opposition to Mars and its entry into Libra, the Moon will remain in conjunction with Mars via antiscion until February, so it’s all going to take a while.
