Recently, the Sun entered Aries and with that, astrologically speaking, the new year began. The horoscope of the exact moment that the Sun enters Aries again is an important mundane chart. That is the so-called Aries-ingress and it indicates what we can expect in the coming year until the next ingress in 2026. Given the tense state of the world, that is interesting to take a look at. There are two sides to the interpretation of an ingress, a more general one that applies to the whole world and a specific one that only applies to the place for which you make the ingress.
Al Iklil
For each country an ingress will reflect different consequences and you can see this astrologically in the differences that arise by calculating the charts for various capitals. One of the countries for which the coming year may bring important developments is Ukraine, which is why the ingress has been calculated for the capital this time. The Ascendant, the first house and Lord 1 symbolize the country in the coming year and we immediately see problems. The Moon is Lord 1 and it i is placed without dignity in the sixth house of adversity, the Lunar Mansion is Al Iklil a Scorpio mansion associated defending against enemies.
Castor
Lord 1 in the sixth house and Lord 6 also via antiscion on the Ascendant are specific to Ukraine because this depends on the Asendant which differs greatly from place to place. The Asc also falls on Sirius, the main star of the brutal Great Dog, and you now indeed see two brutes, Putin and Trump tackling Ukraine very harshly. In the first house – the land – the war planet Mars is in fall on Castor, the twin brother who dies in battle! That doesn’t look good for a country at war, it seems that they will not be able to drive back the Russians who continue to advance slowly, with extremely large losses by the way.
Poseidon
Notable in the ingress is Neptune just before 0° Aries and via anticion in opposition to the important Sun. That position applies to the whole world, indicating chaotic situations. All in all, it does not look like there will be an acceptable peace settlement, but I don’t think there is anyone who could expect that.
