There is a new cabinet in the Netherlands and that only three months after the elections, they did it very quickly! The time needed to form a cabinet has been increasing due to the difficult election results and that trend seems to have been stopped at last for now. That is the only positive thing, because that short term could be achieved by opting for another experiment, for a cabinet of three parties that do not have a majority in parliament. That could completely paralyze everyting and after a year of the powerless Schoof cabinet, the country needs something else.
Birth
On Monday, the new cabinet was sworn in and this was done at a quarter past ten, which is the time of the birth of the cabinet because it exists from the moment everyone has taken the oath. It is not the moment that the cabinet stands on the steps of Noordeinde Palace, as is sometimes said, because then it has already been born, otherwise it could not stand there. The birth chart of the previous cabinet was disastrous, it was discussed last year in a post on this blog and this delineation has come true, that cabinet did not accomplish anything atall and it did not last a year.
Phaeton
Unfortunately, the natal chart of the new Jetten cabinet does not look too hopeful either. Lord 1 (the cabinet) is Venus exalted in Pisces and that is true, exaltation often indicates a lack of realism. This is a cabinet without a parliamentary majority, of course Venus in good condition can be diplomatic but that will be badly needed. Lord 1 is also on Achernar, connected to the story of Pheaeton who overconfidently hijacked the solar chariot, lost control and crashed, burning the land. In this context, not a star you would want to see!
Algol
On the Ascendant it doesn’t get much better, the Ascendant is in the crisis zone in conjunction with Algol, the most evil star in the sky. In addition to Lord 1 and the Ascendant, Lord 10 of the action is of course also important and this is Saturn in fall conjunct Neptune in the extremely weak twelfth house. It couldn’t be sadder, that’s a position without any power. On the descendant of the opposition is the extremely mean Pluto via antiscion and Lord 7 of the opposition is the peregrine malefic Mars the fighting planet, which from its high position is exactly square the Asc/Desc axis.
