Last week’s post discussed Joe Biden’s lunar return in the month he could be re-elected to the most powerful political office in the world on Nov. 5, 2024. A lunar retunrn indicates what is going to happen in a month and is therefore a very suitable means to analyze an election, when this involves a battle between two candidates. Biden’s lunar return that is in force on 5 November looks very powerful, with the North Node on the Ascendant, so it seems he is going to win the battle.
Nevertheless, it is always a good idea to also look at the opponent’s election lunar return, perhaps it is also very strong! The first thing that might stand out in this return are the Pars Fortunae and the Pars Solis at the Descendant, but they don’t count because they are always at the Descendant in Trump’s returns. After all, the planet parts in return charts are calculated with the radix arc (distance from the part to the Ascendant in the radix) and everything that happens automatically as a result of a calculation method has no meaning, like the Sun position in a solar return.
Algol and Pleiades
What is of great importance is the Ascendant that falls near Algol and the Pleiades. This is the infamous crisis zone, with Algol you are beheaded and the Pleiades are the Weeping Sisters. So that doesn’t seem so positive for Trump. But this Ascendant does fall on the MC in its radix and that is of course very powerful! His radix-MC on Algol gives him the ability to make others lose their heads, giving him a great power of attraction. Algol is one of the keys to his immense success, so whether this is indeed only negative remains to be seen.
Cusp 8
Venus / Return Lord 1 – Trump this month – is in conjunction with the Moon on the cusp of the eighth house of death and the end. You should not take that literally of course, but it will be clear that that is not too good for victory. Lord 10 of the job is not so strong in the return, but it does make a trine with the Sun, in his radix Lord 1, which is on the royal South scale, the star of settling scores. The only question is who will have to pay here, Trump himself or Biden? Lord 7 of opponents also makes a striking move, he’s just coming out of his fall in Cancer, a big improvement, which isn’t good for Trump of course. Finally, there is the castrating Uranus – “reality check” – which is near the Ascendant in opposition to the Pars Fortunae, which does not look so nice.
This election retunrn is not as pronounced as Biden’s, but all in all there are a lot of negative indications for Trump and that seems to confirm that Biden will indeed win.
