Because of the approaching World Cup in the US, he has been in the news more often in recent months, Gianni Infantino, the president of the world football association FIFA. The world football association is an organization with a very dubious reputation, and is associated with fraud, money laundering, corruption, extortion and abuse of power. Dozens of FIFA officials were convicted after a scandal came to light in 2015 and that happened mainly in the US, something that now seems unthinkable under Trump. The big bosses Sepp Blatter and Michel Platini had a lucky escape then and, somewhat disturbingly, were eventually acquitted of fraud.
Sun King
Infantino succeeded Sepp Blatter who, despite the acquittal, resigned as president and Infantino promised to make everything more democratic, fairer and more transparent. Much of that has not come to pass, he rules as a rigorous authoritarian leader, he has now quadrupled his own salary, commerce is more than ever paramount and he shamelessly practices opportunistic politics. Unfortunately, there is no known birth time of Infantino, but even without an exact time you can often say something important about a radix. In Infantino’s chart, the central planet is the Sun in exaltation and this indicates his authoritarian style, in his Sun role – as a leader – he thinks he is fantastic and he will not listen to anyone, exaltation always gives a kind of idealization. Seven languages
The Sun is not only central because of its exaltation, it also makes a conjunction with Mercury and an opposition with the Moon and thus determines thinking (Mercury) and emotions (Moon). This makes the Sun the indicator of behavior and because it is also part of a Full Moon, the authoritarian royal behavior returns once again. In a Full Moon, the Moon – the people, the subordinates – is at its weakest and is completely dominated by the Sun (although we cannot be sure that this Moon position is exactly right). Even more important, however, is that Mercury is in the heart of the Sun, Mercury is cazimi and that makes it very powerful.
Sea-monster
A planet in cazimi is very hard to stop and Mercury is the language planet, Infantino speaks no less than seven languages! But that’s not all, also depending on his role as house ruler, this cazimi position can make other characteristics of Mercury very strong than just knowledge, such as commerce and a very pragmatic, flexible attitude. So what we see here is an opportunistic leader who will listen to no one. This Sun/Mercury is the key position in his chart, and the fact that it is on the star Difda completes the picture. Difda is a star in the Sea Monster (Infantino) who is greedily on his way to devour Princess Andromeda (football).
