Yes, I was wrong. It was Donald Trump who won, and after careful consideration over the past few weeks, we had come to the conclusion that it would be Harris. That happens sometimes, and it shows how complex a prediction can be. Sometimes it is very clearly indicated, but sometimes there are also a lot of contradictory indications. When something like this happens, it’s best to analyse where it went wrong after the inevitable feelings of disappointment. After all, the idea is to learn from your mistakes.
Sun
In another post, the indications in the progressions of Trump and Harris were weighed and therein lies one of the problems. The progressed Part of the Sun was a very positive indication for Trump, it is entering into Leo (the Sun Part moves backwards through the zodiac) and thus activates the Sun, the ruler of Leo. That Sun is not only the general significator of power, but it is very strong in Trump’s radix too. Also, the Sun Part moves over Regulus, the star that “leads to the throne.” Clear enough, but Trump’s MC conjuncts the evil star of fragmentation Praesepe, but that seems to refer to the extreme polarization that Trump caused. That wasn’t properly weighed.
South Node
For Harris it was the progressed Mercury / Lord 1 that came on her radix-South Node (painful sacrifice) that was noticed but not weighted strongly enough as a negative factor. Also, the progessed Pars Fortunae came to be conjunct the progressed Saturn which is not good, but the PF did also enter Pisces by which Jupiter / Lord 10 was activated. In the background, the lunar returns played a very important role. In Trump’s lunar returns , the eighth house came out very strongly and that seemed to point to the end of his ambitions. In the following months’ LR , the Sun is even placed on Antares, the death star ,near the IC. But apparently this refers to killing the ruler, after all, Harris was vice-president. Unless something else happens before Trump actually takes office.
